Moving mountains...Part 3/3

Clouds gathered. Lightning struck. Rain fell. And fell and fell. All Braj feared the flood would sweep them away. People, cows and temples too.

But Krishna, lifting Govardhan Hill on his little finger, made them shelter beneath it. Not a drop of Indra’s fury touched them, or their cows.
After seven days and nights, Indra had to accept defeat.
To rain was his dharma, his duty, he realised. No one can compel love, not even a god.
