UK Shipping and hanging
Free UK shipping and transit insurance for framed and unframed artworks.
Courier type and delivery time will be determined by size and weight of the artwork but will usually always be within 7 working days and can sometimes be next day.
Hanging can be arranged to coincide with delivery.
International Shipping and Hanging
We are able to offer worldwide shipping and gloved hanging and delivery if required on all artworks. Please get in touch for a personal quote.
We can also advise on specific additional customs and taxes.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the art to request resolution to any issue or to request a full refund.
Unless the item is damaged, we will require the customer to pay the cost of returning the item to us, in the condition in which it was sent, and packed to the same standard to avoid any damage in transit. Refunds will be made promptly upon return of artworks received in good order.
Please note our cancellations and returns policy excludes Bespoke – framed art prints, These products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
